Perfume is our kind of our thing, if you hadn't guessed already, which is why we're really excited to hear news of a new Marc Jacobs perfume, named Daisy Dream, which is set to be released this summer.
Marc Jacobs has been adding to his daisy chain of perfumes since 2007 after he released his debut perfume Daisy. Seven years later and Jacobs has a wealth of perfumes to his name, each one as popular and loved as the next.
Daisy Dream is the latest to be added to the collection and is said to contain Blue Wisteria, Jasmine, Blackberry and Coconut Water giving a sensual, dreamy and ethereal scent. We can't wait to smell it, we can just imagine how tropical, fresh and floral it'll be.
For fans of Daisy, Daisy Dream is said to be a more sophisticated version of Marc Jacobs' bestselling debut so if you've been wearing Daisy these past seven years, wearing Daisy's 'older sister' will be a natural progression for you.
As you'd expect from Marc Jacobs, the bottle is gorgeous too. The composition of the perfume forces it to become a pale blue colour. This liquid rests inside the clear glass bottle, giving it a blue tinge, which is decorated with tiny white cascading daisies adding to it's dreaminess.
Marc Jacobs' fragrances are favourited by many in the Plush Folly office. Lola by Marc Jacobs was given to staff member Bryony when she turned 18, and she still loves it today and Dot by Marc Jacobs was given as a farewell gift to Claire when she left to go to University.
Daisy Dream is available at Duty-Free outlets from mid-June and then globally from July!
